Welcome to Passenger Assist, an assisted travel service for disabled and older passengers. You can request a booking using the online form below. You just need to let us know at least 2 hours before your journey. You will receive confirmation when the booking has been accepted and we will contact you if we require any further information. If you need to contact us please email our Passenger Assist team at passenger.assist@gwr.com or by telephone on 0800 197 1329. Our Passenger Assist Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding 25 and 26 December).
