Why not change your ticket?

If you’ve purchased an eTicket via the Hull Trains website or app, you can change your journey to another date, time or class via My Account or on the Hull Trains app. You will be issued with a new e-ticket and booking reference – you will need to show your new ticket and the original ticket for each individual travelling on the journey. Your new e-ticket will green in the Hull Trains app to show that it has been amended.

Great news! You can amend your ticket via My Account or the Hull Trains app.

Advance ticket bookings can be changed to a different time, date or class of travel before your original booked travel date/time, subject to a difference in fare and a £10 admin fee.

Advance tickets for Hull Trains services are available to purchase up to 24 weeks ahead and go on sale a minimum of 12 weeks in advance. We try to make our services available to book as early as possible, as this helps you plan your trip and get the best value fares. Please note, services may be subject to change due to engineering work or other timetable changes.

HOW DO I RESERVE A SEAT?

Advance tickets come with seat reservations and you can make a seat reservation when booking your ticket direct through our website or app. If you have an open ticket such as a Super Off Peak Single, you can make a seat reservation at the time of purchase, at a staffed station ticket office or via our Twitter team (https://twitter.com/Hull_Trains)

To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise passengers travelling in a group book their tickets together so that you are seated next to one another. For seamless door-to-door journey planning and no booking fees, why not download the Hull Trains app and make travelling easier.
